Here at Thorney Motorsport we use a courier (TNT) for a large percentage of our stock sales. The shipping is calculated by weight, then by geographic location. (You set your location when you register for an account.)
Here is a basic shipping table:

For example, a Suspension Kit would fall into the 6-30KGs category, a Bluefin Unit would be the 0-5KGs, a set of wheels will fall into the 31-50KGs etc.
For small items, stickers, decals and tickets, these are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
We do try and dispatch items on the same day as payment is taken, this is sometimes not the case however.
