Astra H - Diesel

ECU Remap +35bhp and +30llbs

The diesel VXR Astra......and they're not wrong. We've spend a fair bit of time on this one as its the dark horse of the Astra H line up, VXR levels of performance but with diesel economy? Pretty much. Of course the power delivery is different that the VXR as its a diesel motor but it does mean we can gain daft amounts of extra torque with no danger to the engine.

With the stage 1 remap torque is increased by over 35llbs and BHP by more than 35bhp and feels completely different on the road. This is especially fun when combined with models like the 888 diesel which have had some handling and brakes upgrades as well (which we'll also be releasing, so you can build your own 888 without the extra costs)

ECU Remap and full Milltek Sport exhaust +45bhp and 40lbs torque

We've always planned to create our own 888 version of the CDTI but wanted to do it methodically, as such we've been developing the full Milltek Sport exhaust for the model for some time. With diesel motors there are relatively little gains to be had from a sport exhaust unless you spend large amounts of money on race particualte filters which are prone to clogging so we've concentrated on the other aspect of exhausts - noise. The CDTI is practically sound free in this respect so we've concentrated on getting some decent sound out of the full exhaust so the car sounds as fast as it is.
