E85 Z4 Power
The Z4 was one of those models we weren't sure whether to tune or not, however an owner literally bugged us for months until we relented and thanks to him we're glad we did.
The standard car always felt a bit breathless to us, a nice pick up in power but it always felt like it was always trying rather than wafting along. For this reason we figured that some careful remapping in a stage 2 would open up some power and then a freer breathing exhaust would do the same.

ECU Re-Map (£445)
We re-programme the car ECU via the OBD port and upgrade the fuel and ignition curves to deliver an enhanced power delivery. We then run a further diagnostic run on the car and the ECU to ensure all is perfect. As usual you get to drive the car before you pay - we're that confident of the gains.

Milltek Sport Exhaust System & ECU Re-Map
The Power Pack 1 for the Z4 (as with most of the normally aspirated BMW's) is about enhancing the power and smoothing out the delivery, however the Power Pack 2, with a full Milltek Sport exhaust is where the complete changes come in.

The breathless power delivery from the standard car is completely removed, the car feels more lively and wants to accplerate rather than needing encouraging to. The full MIlltek exhaust includes replacing the standard 400 cell cats with a set of 100 cell HJR race versions and a subtle but agressive set of tail trims mated to a performance rear silencer.

Power delivery is much improved as we can advance the ECU mapping to take advantage for the performance exhaust. The full system is complete MOT compliant and as with all the Milltek systems carries a lifetime warranty.
We do a complete diagnostic run on the car ensuring all is fine before we begin any work and then repeat this process afterwards to ensure the car leaves us in a perfect condition.
