As part of our E92 Build Up we will be developing Braking, Handling, & Performance upgrades that will become available. As part of our on-going commitment to better drive-ability, we have the following upgrades available for BMW E90/E92/E93 M3's.

Fast Road Geometry Setup

Vehicles arrive from the factory with fairly benign settings. The manufacturers don't want hundreds of people throwing themselves into hedgerows at every corner. This does mean that handling is compromised. With standard suspension we are obviously limited by what we can do, but we can certainly extract the some more fun from the chassis.
We have a complete 4-Wheel alignment rig at HQ in Milton Keynes. To progress further you'd need to introduce suspension changes, either springs or fully adjustable coilovers from Nitron or Moton. See details below. Fast Road Geometry setup prices are based upon our hourly rate. It usually takes 60-90 minutes to complete. |

The results from our stage 2 are pretty impressive, the car is 40mm lower and combined with more aggressive toe and camber settings front and rear the handling is dramatically improved.
E92 Coupe on Eibach Springs. Turn in on corners and roundabouts has less role and less bounce and mid corner grip is enhanced by less loading up of the dampers due to overly soft springs. Ride is harder but its not harsh and overall the car looks and drives better in every regards; not bad for a few hundred quid. |

1-Way Adjustable Coilover Kits by Nitron & Moton Suspension Technology

Fully adjustable suspension is the only way to truly transform the handling of your M3. Using either Nitron or Moton coilovers (as we use on our CSL Cup cars) we are able to tailor your car to your track / road needs. Monotube shocks are as it sounds, they have a single tube in the construction, this means that they can run larger diameter piston which allows for a larger volume of oil in the shock. The more oil used means the less the shock is affected by heat build up and so the damping retains consistency in its use, it also means the shock is a lot lighter than a dual tube design (which has another tube inside the outer).
However the best attribute about monotube shocks is that their adjustment is very sensitive, a single click on the adjustment can make a huge difference to how the shock feels on the car, thats very different to dual tube where you really are limited to how much adjustment you can really get. All F1 cars use monotube shocks. We offer two options on the Stage 3 Handling Upgrades, either 1-Way adjustable Nitrons or 1-Way adjustable Motons. Nitron NTRSport+ Coilover Kit £2,060.64 The NTRSport+ is the 2nd step in the coilover ladder. (There is no NTRSport for the E90/92/93 M3) The Sport+ kit is a 1-Way bump & rebound adjustable kit fitted with TMS specified Eibach Springs. The single adjuster sets bump & rebound together for a more road-based setup. The kit includes camber & caster adjustable front top mounts. Moton SS 1-Way Coilover Kit £2,958.26 Supplied Offering a single adjuster for both Bump & Rebound the SS1 is perfect for on-road and on-track usage. The SS1 utilises your standard BMW top mounts also. |

2-Way Adjustable Road / Track Coilover Kits by Nitron & Moton

Two way adjustable dampers are as they sound, they are adjustable in two ways: Bump and Rebound damping. These allow fine adjustments to be made to the handling characteristics of your car. Again, there are two options: Nitron & Moton. Nitron NTRTrack Coilover Kit: £3,356.64 Supplied The ultimate in Track-Day spec M3 Suspension by Nitron. Adding stainless steel ball bearing top mounts, Independent Bump & Rebound adjustment & remote "piggy-back" reservoirs on the shock bodies. These are for circuit oriented cars, they come preset with C-Spanners, bearing spacers & Eibach springs. Moton SS 2-Way Coilover Kit: £3,983.79 Supplied The SS2-Way kit from Moton introduces separate Bump & Rebound adjustment, together with adjustable front top mounts so you can run upwards of 5 degrees negative camber. |

We’ve a long history with working with Nitron, we co-developed the VX220 kits for road and track and we were delighted to be involved with the development of the BMW range of shock absorbers, a long season of racing in the CSL Cup has opened our eyes to the benefits of running monotube shocks for the BMW.
