The Lotus Europa is the car people seem to love to hate. We've no idea why, it basically takes the best bits from a VX220 Turbo, adds some enhanced equipment, a decent roof, better gearbox, better ECU and created probably one of the most usable Lotus ever produced. However Lotus also added £15k to the price tag which puts it straight into Porsche territory and to compete against Stuttgart's finest it needs a little help, fortunately that's not hard to do.
