Our stage 1 Power Pack upgrade concentrates on increasing overall and in gear power delivery to increase the Corsa's punch whilst at the same time allowing for the standard engine and exhausts restrictions, the smoothness is also enhanced nicely so the power delivery is completely usable even in the wet.

All of our Corsa upgrades can be installed using the Bluefin hand-held unit. Bluefin enables complete control over the remapping process, enables you to turn the remap on or off, has the option to immobilise the car (for extra security) and even a fault code reader and OBD data display! Your car under goes a thorough check with official Vauxhall diagnostic  equipment before we even start on any remapping and the map can be custom designed for the car on our rolling road should you require.  Your car is also test driven after all the work has been completed to ensure it meets with our high standards before we pass it back. Our money back guarantee applies to all our work, if you don't like it, then you don't pay - simple. Includes full before and after power runs on our dyno and map modifications to suit the car if required.

All of our ECU/Maps are updated for free; buy a Stage 1 and upgrade the Stage 2 Remap for free (either using Bluefin or here at our workshops in Milton Keynes). All ECU upgrades installed at our HQ in Milton Keynes are custom tuned to the car regardless of whether you chose a Bluefin install or via software remap.

With the stage 2 power pack we can unlock the potential of the SRI with use of our own fully developed Thorney Motorsport Sports Exhaust system complete with 200 cell performance cat.  This is the configuration we use on our race car (although we have to limit the power to meet the race regulations, so a stage 2 Sri Road car is actually faster than our race car!). The exhaust alone adds almost 10bhp to the car and we’ve designed it to sound stunning without being too noisy on the motorway – its a sporty note without being boomy as some systems can be.

Our own exhaust range is accepted as one of the official upgrades for the Vauxhall range. A proven 8-12bhp is released from the engine with just the exhaust on its own before we even remap the ECU to suit. The heat reducing attributes of the sports exhaust allow us to run a more aggressive ECU remap for the car allowing us to generate even more power whilst still retaining 100% reliability and longevity for the engine.

Heat, its all about heat - we may sound a little paranoid about this but its based on extensive experience of this engine in a similar environment. Fortunately this experience means we know how to deal with it and generate excellent power gains without loss in reliability. Whilst the Corsa SRI has a pretty efficient cooling system its simply not enough when you run more power from the turbo charger so our stage 3 ECU remap requires us to enhance this cooling function with the addition of a larger front mounted intercooler. This doesn't just mean that we 're looking after the engine, it means that the power gains we create from the car are actually useable rather than simple  rolling road figures obtained in a snapshot of time.

Think about how much faster your car feels on those cold winter mornings compared to a hot summers' day - we can allow your car to run like that all year round by the addition of extra cooling. The standard SRI intercooler is actually pretty good, its certainly as large as Vauxhall could get in the area taking into account the restrictions they faced but they are limited in terms of core design, thickness and pipework routing.

The addition of our front mount intercooler drops intake temperatures by over 45% compared to the standard car and 65% when running a higher boost map. This allows us to run a more aggressive map on the ECU to take advantage of the lower temperatures and gives a resulting higher power with this power more usable more of the time.
