The turbo charged nature of the M4 means that we can obtain excellent power and torque gains by taking out the restriction from the exhaust. Our custom system are made entirely in house from type 304 stainless steel. We replace the 2 3/4 pipework with 3″ bore and mandrel bend the pipe so we maximise airflow all built with high quality TIG welding.
We replace the standard 500 cell OEM cats with a a pair of 200 cell high flow race cats with 70g coatings – the highest quality available so no MOT issues, no engine management lights and no need for daft CEL eliminators like some after market systems require. No remap is needed to fit the full system.
Power and torque gains are excellent, +15-18bhp and +20nm of torque over standard and of course the sound is fantastic, no drone, a deep bark at higher rpm with a lovely deep rumble at lower rpm and tick over.
