Mclaren Half Cage

Suitable for all coupe models (12c, 650, 675LT, 540, 570, 600LT) this half cage has been designed to provide maximum protection for the occupants. Constructed in T45 steel and built to FIA specifications the cage offers complete protection in the event of a side impact or roll over. Fits left hand drive and right hand drive models.

No cutting of any trim is required (merely some trimming of carpet) and can be fitted with all seat options including full electric and carbon.

The cage includes bolt in harness points for 4 or 6 point harness’s but also enables you to retain the standard lap belts.

Fitment is directly to the carbon fibre tub with stainless steel mounting plates as per FIA guidelines. Fitment requires the removal and replacement of the vehicle fuel tank.
