Standard rods are built down to a price rather than up to specification and will not cope with high power RPM environments very well. Our uprated rods are H pattern designed to withstand the increased stressed placed on the engine when power, torque and RPM levels are increased.
We advise fitting of these rods with our uprated pistons for the ultimate engine specification.
